The studio //

Built for
attention

Distract Design is a creative studio working across campaign creative, branding, motion and AI-assisted production — from a 15-second social cut to a 72-page publication.

behind the work

Tim Winters runs Distract as a working creative, not a holding company. He started the studio because he believes the most interesting businesses are often the worst at explaining themselves: they have the work, the story and the proof, but their marketing still looks like a template someone forgot to fill in.

His approach is simple: build the thing first, then argue about it. Whether it is a CTV spot, a brand system or a full website, Tim believes the best way to sell an idea is to let people see it, click it and feel it before anyone signs a contract.

That same belief led him to create SiteBop. After years of watching agencies pitch websites with decks and mockups, he wanted a faster, more honest path: paste a URL, let the machine read the actual business, and return a real working redesign you can open, navigate and judge on its own merits.

Tim is serious about getting noticed. In a feed where every business is competing for the same half-second of attention, he thinks clarity beats noise. The companies that win are not the ones shouting the loudest; they are the ones whose message, look and structure make stopping feel inevitable.
